Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days

Processing time: Orders placed before 4 pm CET will normally be shipped the same day. Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.

Customs & Duties

Deliveries to United States are DAP (Delivered at Place) and the product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of all taxes & duties. The buyer is responsible to pay customs & duties, and will be charged these separately during the import process in order to release the products from the customs authorities.

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop include home delivery. If a delivery address is a home or residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to the nearest service point.

If you reject your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, you are required to pay a cost of $120 to cover shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties.
