    Equipment No: 10630M82999

Mithril is a classic, wind resistant softshell jacket made for active trail hiking and trekking on colder days.

Mithril has a relaxed cut and comes with a high protective lined collar, extended back and elastic cuffs to keep both the warmth in and protect against cold winds. Reinforced with a unique and proprietary surface treatment developed by Klättermusen to improve durability and resistance to wear and tear without adding other materials and keeping the weight low. The WindStretch™ fabric is bluesign® approved and uses Ultramid® Bio-Mass Balanced Polyamide derived from renewable resources. WindStretch® is a durable, fluorocarbon-free fabric with good stretch qualities and good wind resistance that ages well without pilling or fading.

    Advantages

    • The slanted angle of the zipper minimizes abrasion when layering and comes with an internal storm flap for wind protection
    • The high collar offers good wind protection and is lined with micro-fleece for comfort
    • Extended sleeve for improved wrist protection and comfort
    • Two pockets with zippers for secure storage of small items
    • Reflector for improved visibility in dim conditions
    • Elastic cuff and adjustable lower hem ensure a snug fit

    The Mass Flow Resistance System

The Mass Flow Resistance (MFR) system helps you decide which wind and waterproof equipment to select for your next adventure. MFR combines the technical aspect of how easily air can pass through a fabric, and how much surrounding air will cool you, as well as how efficiently heat will be transported away.
