Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain: 2-4 business days

Belgium & The Netherlands: 1-3 business days

Finland, Ireland, Portugal: 2-5 business days

Rest of EU: 4-6 business days

Orders placed before 4 pm CET will be shipped the same business day, but please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.

Italian customers, please note: Due to the reintroduction of more restrictions around COVID-19, please be aware that shipments to Italy may face longer transit times and potential delays at pick-up points.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

VAT applies on all orders within Europe and is included in the price visible on the website. No customs & duties will be charged.

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop includes home delivery. If a delivery address is a home/residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to a service point.

If you refuse your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, we will deduct the shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties from your refund.
