Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain: 2-4 business days

Belgium & The Netherlands: 1-3 business days

Finland, Ireland, Portugal: 2-5 business days

Rest of EU: 4-6 business days

Orders placed before 4 pm CET will normally be shipped the same day. Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

VAT applies on all orders within the Europen Union and is included in the price visible on the website. No additional customs & duties will be charged upon delivery.

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop include home delivery. If a delivery address is a home or residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to the nearest service point.

If you reject your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, we will deduct the shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties, from your refund.
