Böltor are breathable, comfortable wind-protecting pants made for winter trail hiking and trekking on colder days, and ski mountaineering.

The Böltor Pants are built with a two-layer construction. The outer layer is a two-way stretch bio-based polyamide shell mixed with elastane for flexibility and durability. The inside layer is a quick-drying recycled biodegradable PrimaLoft® knitted liner to create warmth and breathability. This construction makes the pants perfect insulated, so that they can be worn without a base layer underneath. The pants have an elastic waist band that can be adjusted at the center front. There is also an adjustment at the back knee and elastic webbing inside the bottom hem. The Bottom hem also features an elastic cord adjustment under a flap cover. At back we have a zipped back pocket for safe keeping and the crotch is constructed with a gusset for full movement. Böltor pants will fit both your cross-country boot and your randonee ski boot, thanks to a zipped opening at bottom side with a protective wedge underneath.

    Advantages

    • Bottom hem is adaptable for ski boots
    • Unique layering properties for balanced breathability and movement

    • Zipped back pocket for safe keeping
    • Adjustable back knee for close comfort and easy movement

    The Mass Flow Resistance System

The Mass Flow Resistance (MFR) system helps you decide which wind and waterproof equipment to select for your next adventure. MFR combines the technical aspect of how easily air can pass through a fabric, and how much surrounding air will cool you, as well as how efficiently heat will be transported away.
