What you need

Replacement zippers. Please contact our service team to request replacement zippers and ‘top stop’ or any other parts. We are happy to send them to you. A pair of pliers that both cut and press.

Step 1

Unzip your garment. Lie your garment flat on a hard surface and open the zipper all the way.

Step 2

Pull both zippers up. Carefully and separately, pull both zippers up to the top of the garment, leaving about an inch from the top.

Step 3

Cut the ‘top stop’. Using pliers, cut the ‘top stop’ off from the side where the zippers are.

Step 4

Remove both zippers. Carefully pull both zippers out from the top.

Step 5

Put the new zippers on. Making sure that they are in the right order and facing the right way.

Step 6

Attach the new ‘top stop’. Using pliers, place on the new ‘top stop’ at the top of the zip and squeeze until it is secure. Pull the zippers down and you’re done!

What you need

A color-matching patch. A sharp knife. A hot iron. A sewing machine or hand-sewing kit.

Step 1

Cut the patch to size. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a square that covers the gash, making sure to leave a bit extra on the sides.

Step 2

Fold all the sides of your patch inwards and put it on a flat surface, not the garment, and then iron it flat using a heated iron.

Step 3

Carefully place the patch onto your garment making sure to cover the entire gash.

Step 4

Start sewing patch on by using either a sewing machine or sewing by hand. Make sure to get as close to the edge as possible.

What you need

A replacement snap button. Please contact our service team to request a replacement snap button or any other parts. We are happy to send them to you. A KAM press.

Step 1

Place the replacement snap button on the garment. Make sure it is aligned with the other buttons.

Step 2

Press the button into the garment. Using a KAM Press, firmly press in the button until it is secure.

Step 3

Repeat on other side. Repeat the process with the secondary snap button, making sure they are aligned.

Step 4

Test them. Attach the two buttons to test if they lock in and you are ready to go!
