Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days

Processing time: Orders placed before 12 pm CET will be shipped the next business day, but please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

VAT and customs duty is calculated based on the delivery destination, and is shown as a separate item in your order summary. VAT is added to orders delivered within the EU and Norway. This means that all customs duties and VAT. is included in the purchase price.

All UPS services offered on Klättermusen’s webshop includes home delivery. If a delivery address is a home/residential building, the delivery will be made at the door. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to a service point.

If you refuse your order, or if we are unable to deliver your order because of incorrect information, we will deduct the shipping costs and any other fees, such as import tax and duties from your refund.
